-Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about product features, pricing, and availability
• Process sales transactions and issue invoices/receipts
• Maintain product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness and organization
• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with inventory, delivery, and after-sales teams
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries to close potential sales
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Prepare daily sales reports and update if required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Proven experience in retail or indoor sales (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Presentable and confident with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals
• Knowledge of the products/services being sold is a plus
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., POS systems, MS Office)
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays if required
