Responsibilities:

Oversee all costing activities for the industrial sector, including production, maintenance, and quality cost centers.

Develop, monitor, and update cost allocation methods and ensure compliance with company policies and IFRS standards.

Analyze variances between standard, actual, and budgeted costs; provide management with cost control reports.

Supervise and guide the costing team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting.

Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Production teams for cost optimization.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (FMVA/CMA is a plus).

7–10 years of costing experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of industrial costing, budgeting, and IFRS.

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
