We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring the performance, security, and reliability of our database systems while supporting business continuity and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise-grade database environments.
• Proactively monitor and optimize database performance.
• Implement robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application development and data-driven initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Database Administrator.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering from a reputable university.
• Strong expertise in database management, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (preferred).
• Knowledge of working on Linux operating systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of additional RDBMS platforms (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
