We are looking for a dedicated Tele Customer Care Problem Solver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues through various telecommunication platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer complaints and handle them effectively, focusing on calming customers.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve products and services.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
• Assist in training new customer care representatives.
• Contribute to team goals and participate in meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or telecommunication support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customers.
• Familiarity with CRM software and telecommunication tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Work Model:

Rotational shifts from (11:30AM to 8:00PM) or (12:30PM to 9:00PM) or (1:30PM to 10:00PM)

Fridays are OFF & 2 Saturdays
