Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Create original, creative, and trendy content that reflects the brand’s youthful, casual identity.
Plan, shoot, and edit Reels, Stories, and product showcase videos directly from our stores.
Use CapCut and other editing tools to produce professional, viral-style videos.
Generate creative campaign ideas to boost brand awareness and sales.
Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to cover new arrivals, promotions, and in-store events.
Monitor insights & analytics to evaluate content performance and adjust strategies.
Stay updated with social media trends, influencers, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media management (fashion/retail background preferred).
Strong content creation skills (reels, video shooting, storytelling).
Proficiency in CapCut and other editing software.
Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and digital trends.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Flexibility to visit stores regularly for content creation.
Strong communication and time management skills.
