Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in Odoo CRM. Your primary mission will be to identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads to support our business objectives. You will be the bridge between our marketing efforts and our sales team, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality opportunities. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional who thrives on hunting for new business and is an expert at using Odoo to manage and optimize the lead lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Research: Identify and research potential clients (B2B/B2C) within target markets and industries using various tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, etc.).
Odoo CRM Management: Utilize Odoo CRM as the central hub for all lead generation activities, including:
Inputting new leads and contacts with accurate and detailed information.
Segmenting leads using Odoo tags, stages, and sales teams.
Tracking all lead activity (calls, emails, meetings) within the system.
Lead Qualification: Execute outbound calling, emailing, and social outreach campaigns to initiate contact and qualify leads based on established criteria (e.g., BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
Pipeline Development: Nurture early-stage leads through targeted follow-up and educational content, moving them through the sales funnel until they are sales-ready.
Campaign Execution: Work with the marketing team to execute and track lead generation campaigns (email, digital ads, webinars) within Odoo, measuring effectiveness and ROI.
Data Integrity: Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of the lead and contact database within Odoo.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, lead source effectiveness, and pipeline value using Odoo's reporting dashboards.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and provide feedback on lead quality.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience (2+ years) in a lead generation, business development, or inside sales role.
Hands-on experience using Odoo CRM is essential. You must be comfortable navigating the interface, managing pipelines, and using its core features.
Demonstrable experience with outbound prospecting techniques (cold calling, email sequencing, social selling).
Strong understanding of lead qualification frameworks and sales processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a strong desire to achieve targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with other Odoo apps (e.g., Marketing Automation, Website, ERP) is a significant plus.
Knowledge of integrated sales and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with an understanding of how they connect to Odoo.
Experience setting up or configuring Odoo CRM views, filters, and automated actions.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
