We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager fluent in Arabic to lead and deliver software projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end software development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead IT software projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and business teams to define project requirements and scope.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against them.Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.Provide clear project status updates to management and stakeholders.Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders in both Arabic and English.Mentor and support junior project team members.Required Skills and Experience:8-10 years of IT project management experience, specifically in software development projects.Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies.Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Trello, or Asana.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits.Professional growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.Exposure to multiple software projects and cross-functional teams. للتقديم الان
