Job Description

We are looking for warm, attentive, and passionate Waitresses to join our opening team. As part of our front-of-house, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and professional guest experience. This role requires genuine hospitality, strong product knowledge, and a polished, friendly approach. A positive attitude and engaging personality are essential to represent our service philosophy.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers with warmth and professionalism

Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.

Serve customers efficiently in both dine-in and grab & go settings.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and dining areas.

Manage stock levels and ensure availability of required items for daily operations.

Assist in catering services and special events, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.

Process customer payments (cash and credit) accurately and responsibly.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Candidate:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer interaction.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and efficiency under pressure.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in orders and presentation.

Proactive and positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.

Passion for delivering high-quality service and enhancing the customer experience.
