Pure Minds Media specialize in a media and technology partner serving brands and government entities across the Kingdom. We deliver corporate identity and collateral, brand manuals, creative campaigns, media packages, studio services, exhibitions and conferences, TV coverage and commercials, documentaries, photography, lighting/display/audio systems with stage installation, and end-to-end documentation of projects from concept to completion. On the digital side, we design and build secure, high-traffic websites and event management platforms.

We’re hiring an Odoo Implementer to lead end-to-end delivery of Odoo solutions across CRM, Sales, Inventory, Projects, and Accounting. You’ll manage the full lifecycle from discovery and design to configuration, integration, testing, and go-live partnering with stakeholders and engineers to ensure successful adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured discovery sessions and process mapping to translate business needs into detailed solution blueprints (BRD/FRD).
• Configure core Odoo modules and design light customizations and reports.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and tools.
• Plan and execute data migration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live support including hypercare and user training.
• Develop and maintain training materials and functional documentation.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and environments (e.g., Odoo.sh with GitHub) to ensure smooth deployments and rollbacks.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery quality.
• solid background in Accounting, Costing, and Chart of Accounts configuration.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Odoo implementation.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end Odoo projects (functional & light technical).
• Strong understanding of Odoo configuration, accounting, costing, and security.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, testing/UAT, and user training.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Odoo.sh pipelines and Git-based release workflows.
• Exposure to the GCC market is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
