Assess and evaluate financial performance of an organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts. Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plans of the organization.

Create and establish regular financial objectives that align with the organizational plan for growth and expansion.

Prepare and present regular financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss, forecast vs. budget and monthly cash flow.

Review and analyses monthly financial results and provide recommendations.

Works side-by-side with CFO and Project Manager and serves as the Controller of Finances on the project team.

Reports to CFO and supports him as required

Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual organizational operating budget.

Supervise the accounting and finance department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems and databases.

Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance, and financial procedures.
