Job Summary

We’re looking for a Technical Office Architect with 2–4 years of experience to develop design concepts, prepare detailed drawings, review shop drawings, and coordinate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

* 2–4 years of architectural design office experience

* Skilled in design concept development

* Proficient in BIM Revit, 3Ds max, and Corona Render

* Strong technical knowledge in architectural detailing & documentation

* Skilled in reviewing shop drawings and payment applications

* Familiar with building codes & standards

* Good coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills

* English proficiency preferred
