Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Specialist located in 6 October. The Account Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, analyzing account data, preparing financial reports, and supporting various account management and customer service needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate account performance and generate data-driven insights
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams
- Excellent make marketing plans ,proposal and reports
- prefer know photoshop , Microsoft office and canvas
- Finance expertise to manage budgets, prepare accurate reports, and deliver financial-related solutions
- Proven Customer Service and Account Management experience to build and maintain relationships
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the automotive or media industry will be considered a plus
