Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the operations of the car rental department to ensure high quality customer service, efficient fleet management, accurate contract processing, and achievement of operational and financial targets. The Car Rental Manager leads the team, enhances service standards, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications
• Manage and operate the car rental branch/office efficiently.
• Supervise rental agents and customer service staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
• Handle car reservations, welcome customers, and complete rental and return procedures.
• Monitor vehicle conditions and ensure cars are maintained according to scheduled service plans.
• Review rental contracts and verify the accuracy of information and compliance with policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on bookings and revenues.
• Track fleet movement and ensure availability of vehicles that meet operational needs.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Oversee insurance and accident procedures and coordinate with relevant authorities.
• Monitor operational expenses and ensure compliance with the branch budget.
• Develop plans to improve service quality, increase revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with suppliers, maintenance workshops, and car dealerships when needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and company policies.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in car rental operations or branch management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in rental systems and MS Office applications.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with traffic regulations and insurance procedures.
