Job Summary :
We’re looking for a proactive and well-organized Marketing Coordinator with 2 to 3 years of experience to support our marketing team. The role involves coordinating day-to-day activities, assisting with campaigns, managing content schedules, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing tasks. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to keep tasks organized, aligned, and running efficiently.
Responsibilities :
• Experience 2 : 3 years of in marketing or a related field.
• Coordinate daily tasks between the marketing team & other departments, ensuring smooth workflow and alignment.
• Support the team in organizing internal tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining structured communication.
• Manage & publish content across social media platforms according to the set calendar.
• Assist in executing digital campaigns & monitor initial performance.
• Prepare simple reports on marketing activities (social media, campaigns, leads).
• Support the organization of events & promotional activities.
• Communicate with vendors (designers, printing houses, etc.) & handle marketing needs.
• Coordinate email marketing tasks & schedule newsletters.
• Collect & prepare basic market & competitor information.
• Search for, coordinate, and follow up with potential partners, photographers, and influencers as needed for marketing activities.
• Assist in arranging shoots, partnerships, collaborations, and ensuring all external marketing activities run smoothly.
Requirements :
• Practical knowledge of social media management & basic advertising concepts.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Meta Insights or Google Analytics (beginner level acceptable).
• Strong organizational skills & ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail & good time-management skills.
• Team player with a passion for marketing.
