Roles & Responsibilities

Inspect mechanical, electrical, and safety components to ensure proper functioning.

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.

Respond to breakdown calls and provide timely service support to customers.

Maintain service records, checklists, and documentation for each job attended.

Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with supervisors and report major issues requiring additional support
