Job Overview

As an HR Generalist at Seena Pay, you will be managing and executing a complete human resource functions to support our growing workforce. You will be responsible for ensuring a great employee experience and helping nurture a strong culture within the company that aligns with Seena Pay’s mission and values.

Job Description

• Responsible for sourcing and interviewing the required job positions.
• Responsible for onboarding and facilitating a smooth transition for new employees.
• Overseeing employee relations, which may include conflict resolution and feedback sessions
• Administer payroll, attendance and employee benefits.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policy.
• Overview performance management appraisals and feedback.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and internal communications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional technology user; including ERP systems.
• Fluent in English is required.
