What you'll do

• Community Building and Management

Develop and implement community development strategies, create and maintain active Telegram communities, ensuring the steady growth in the number and improvement in the quality of community members.

Formulate and improve community rules, monitor community dynamics, promptly handle violations, and maintain a good community order and communication environment.

Actively interact with community members, answer their questions, handle their complaints and suggestions, improve user satisfaction and sense of participation, and shape a positive brand image.

• Content Planning and Dissemination

Plan and create attractive community content, such as industry news, trading tips sharing, platform event promotions, new product introductions, etc., to meet the needs and interests of different community users and stimulate their enthusiasm for participation and sharing.

Work closely with the marketing team to formulate and execute community marketing activity plans, coordinate resources to ensure the effective promotion and smooth implementation of activities within the community, and increase activity participation and conversion rates.

Utilize social media management tools and data analysis to track the dissemination effect of community content. Optimize the content strategy and release plan based on data feedback to improve the influence and coverage of the content.

• User Growth and Retention

Develop and implement user growth strategies, attract potential users to join the community through various channels and means, such as collaborating with industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), holding online contests and activities, and launching community referral reward programs, etc., to achieve rapid growth in the number of community users.

Analyze user behavior data, identify high-value users and potential churn users, formulate targeted user retention and activation plans, and through personalized communication and services, improve user loyalty and activity and reduce the user churn rate.

What you'll need

• Be proficient in the operation and management skills of social media platforms, such as Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Twitter, etc., and be able to skillfully use relevant tools and plugins for community management and data analysis.
• Have a good team spirit, be able to actively integrate into the team, support and cooperate with team members to achieve win-win results and jointly complete team goals.
• Have a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, be serious and responsible for work, pay attention to details, be able to complete various work tasks on time, and ensure the quality and effect of work.
• English and Russian can be used as the working language.
