ALSHAMEL Medical Group is seeking a strong and reliable Office Manager / Operations Manager to take full ownership of the daily operations of our Egypt office.
This role is ideal for a professional who can handle responsibility, manage people firmly, solve problems proactively, and ensure smooth execution across departments. The position plays a critical role in supporting customer service, sales, marketing, and upcoming export operations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and staff attendance
Manage employee issues, discipline, and performance follow-ups
Ensure tasks across all departments are completed accurately and on time
Coordinate between Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Logistics
Act as the first escalation point for operational issues
Support export and logistics coordination as the business grows
Enforce company policies, deadlines, and performance standards
Prepare clear daily and weekly operational reports
🧠 Required Profile
5+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administration
Strong leadership personality with the ability to manage people under pressure
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Fluent in Arabic and English
Strong reporting and coordination skills
⏰ Working Hours
Saturday to Thursday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday off
