Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale our school partnerships and B2B sales efforts. This is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue, building high-performing sales teams, and expanding NGEN Schools across Egypt and the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the sales strategy for NGEN Schools
Lead B2B and institutional sales (schools, groups, education partners)
Build, manage, and mentor the sales team
Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing
Develop strategic partnerships with schools and education stakeholders
Work closely with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure growth
Track performance, forecasts, and KPIs with clear reporting
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (Head of Sales / Sales Director)
Strong background in B2B or institutional sales (EdTech or Education is a plus)
Experience building and managing sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
Based in Egypt (Maadi) or willing to work from Cairo
