Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Projects Manager Assistant will support project manager in planning, monitoring, and executing projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope. Daily tasks include coordinating with different departments, maintaining project documentation, and assisting in project budgeting,scheduling,drawings,sampling,etc.

The assistant will also help in preparing reports and presentations for project stakeholders.

Qualifications

· Title : Projects manager assistant , (engineering division)

· Architect Or Fine Arts

· Minimum 5-7 years experience in retail fit out and delivery.

· Follow up skill is Mandatory.

· Assist the projects manager.

· Project Coordination .

· Technical office background , strong knowledge in AutoCad , Excel and MS office, review drawings , tendering , sampling.

· Site experience is a plus .
