Huawei is Hiring (Spare Parts Administrator) with the following qualifications :

• Responsibilities:

1-stock safety control

Working on spare parts stock , managing stock database with HQ, tracking spare parts delivery and keep spare parts stock safe.

2- logistics aspects for warehousing and transportation.

Inventory management ,ensure the availability of parts to support customers and field technicians in the right place.

Manage SLA with logistic service providers and customers

3-accounting aspects for invoice arrangement

4-business costs control and analysis

5-Supporting daily spare parts management business for all customers of different projects at the most cost-efficiency

6-Implement and control the process for spare parts and make sure the standard procedures is under handling, and delivery and return processes are strictly followed by customers and service providers.

7-Solve all problems feedback by customer and ensure customer satisfaction

• Requirements:

1- Very good English (spoken & written)

2- Bachelor degree in Logistics, Business administration or related field

3- minimum of three years’ experience preferably in logistics ,inventory management or warehousing.

4- Familiar with using software and IT tools

5- Excellent Microsoft skills

6- Excellent communication and coordination skills

7- Analytical and problem-solving ability.

8- flexibility to visit the warehouses to inside and outside Cairo.

9- ability to work under pressure.

10- Has the experience to deal with customers and aware of customer satisfaction
