Responsibilities

• Monitor the inventory transactions, compare the balance enlisted with the actual one, address any variances.
• Enlist inventory cost in a journal entry, and revise the collection/sales processes with the supply chain in order to ensure maximum productivity.
• Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances and Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Maintain correspondence with various warehouses and production teams and establish proper inventory procedures.
• Develop and determine the inventory accounting methods and analyses the inventory-related reports.
• Develop, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current system.
• Monitor Inventory transferring between branches and maintain a high control over sub-warehouses balances.
• Follow up with sales representatives the outstanding Inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Commerce ( Accounting Department )
• 1- 3 years of proven work experience or similar role.
