Hiring New Position payable accountant

for Immediately

Location fifth settlement

Responsibility

Review validate and process vendor invoices in ERP system in a timely manner

Reconcils various accounts by identifying errors in posting or omissions by applying appropriate accounting standards

Maintain goods receipt invoice receipt accounts and post down payments

Review Import documents and ensure docs are approved and sent to the banks on time Assist with month end closing

Develop and maintain reports and files on the Accounts Payable processing

Reconciliation for Trade vendors done on a bi monthly basis to ensure there is sufficient time to resolve issues if any before the month end and non trade vendors reconciliation are done every month end

Reconcile accounts payable transactions

Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors

Requirements

Bachelors degree in accountant or finance or any relevant field

Proficient in Microsoft Excel word
