Role Details:
Design the reporting format for quality metrics
Maintains accurate and timely quality metrics reporting
Run data analysis on defects; design and recommend new solutions to ensure defects are eliminated
Own the processes around quality metrics (from data collection to analysis and reporting)
Work with all other accounting teams to resolve data issues and defects found
Propose changes to quality metrics and implement accordingly
Document quality control processes and maintain up to date documentation
Train team members on process adherence when defects are found
Lead any process changes or new process implementation related to quality control and quality assurance
Perform assigned ad hoc duties and responsibilities as and when required
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce
Minimum experience:
3 to 5 years experiences in quality control/quality assurance in a support function
Additional experience working in accounting will be desired
Skillset (job specific technical skills and behavioral competencies needed):
Advance MS Excel and ppt. Ability to run macros in xls and manipulate xls formulas with ease
Able to meet short deadlines and deliver quality work under pressure
Analytical and numerical skills (some Six Sigma knowledge is a plus)
Comfortable with large data sets and IT systems
Strong customer service skills and interaction with cross functional teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills - Fluent English
