Responsible for placing and sourcing candidates through various channels for store operations manpower requirements. Plans interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with QSR trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with store operations to identify store staffing needs in different locations.
Determine selection criteria hiring profiles and job requirements for vacant positions.
Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals recruitment sites job boards social platforms as well as print media posters and flyers when required.
Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
Coordinate schedule of an interview with the hiring manager and management team for high-level positions.
Select the best candidate by following a systematic selection procedure set by the company.
Manage and prepare hiring requirements forecasts as part of operations strategic planning.
Foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
Prepares job offers for the selected candidates.
Make employment contracts and other documents related to hiring.
Qualifications:
Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or similar fields.
At least 3 years of relevant recruitment work experience in QSR Restaurants Retail or F&B industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Well-versed in using various job portals.
Detail-oriented and with good administration skills.
Ability to handle heavy workloads and can handle pressure.
