Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of airline reservations and inbound tourism operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams to secure optimal booking arrangements for clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline reservation processes.
  • Monitor and analyze reservation trends, customer feedback, and market developments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalations related to airline bookings and inbound travel arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards in all reservation and tourism activities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline products, tourism destinations, and travel industry best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in airline reservations or inbound tourism management.
