Job Description
- Oversee and manage all aspects of airline reservations and inbound tourism operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams to secure optimal booking arrangements for clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline reservation processes.
- Monitor and analyze reservation trends, customer feedback, and market developments to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalations related to airline bookings and inbound travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards in all reservation and tourism activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline products, tourism destinations, and travel industry best practices.
Job Requirements
