Key Qualifications

  • Graduated from a university with a Bachelor’s degree,
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in domestic and international sales and marketing,
  • Knowledge of Export Regulations (payment methods, shipping and delivery terms),
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken (Turkish proficiency is a preferred asset),
  • Strong knowledge of international sales processes, including payment, delivery and transportation methods,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • Strong follow-up and reporting skills,
  • Well-developed analytical thinking ability,
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills,
  • Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting,
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,
  • Well-developed planning and coordination abilities,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • No restrictions on travel,
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and actively drives,
  • Resident in Badr City or 10th of Ramadan City.




Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop the existing sales portfolio in line with company targets and contribute to sustainable growth by acquiring new customers,
  • Ensure the achievement of defined budget and sales targets and regularly monitor sales performance,
  • Manage sales and customer activities in African and Arabic-speaking regions,
  • Regularly analyze competitor activities in the assigned countries and report insights to management,
  • Conduct market research, prepare sector analyses and reports, and present them to management,
  • Strengthen existing customer relationships and acquire new customers through customer visits and participation in national and international trade fairs,
  • Maintain continuous communication through planned customer visits and manage relationships effectively,
  • Handle pre-sales and after-sales customer requests and monitor customer satisfaction,
  • Regularly track sales targets and take necessary actions to achieve them,
  • Identify potential customers in assigned regions and report them to management,
  • Have knowledge of customs regulations, legal requirements, and laws affecting foreign companies in the responsible regions,
