Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office (Chat & Calls) English Dubai Account Representative, based in Cairo. Responsibilities include handling customer communications via chat and calls, managing back office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring inquiries or issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Team members are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism and support ETISAL International's commitment to customer satisfaction.
