The Senior Recruiter will support the business by delivering high-quality recruitment across multiple functions and markets. The role combines end-to-end recruitment delivery with close collaboration with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience across the region.
This is a hands-on role with exposure to regional hiring and the opportunity to grow into a stronger TAP position over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Delivery
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid-level roles, and selected senior roles, across UAE, KSA, Egypt, and Lebanon.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job boards, direct search, referrals, and professional networks.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding of successful candidates.
Hiring Manager & Candidate Support
- Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages.
- Support offer discussions and candidate negotiations in collaboration with HRBP.
Talent Pipelines & Employer Branding
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles.
- Support employer branding initiatives, job postings, and recruitment campaigns.
- Manage all referral, internship, and graduate hiring initiatives.
Reporting & Process
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS.
- Track basic recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and pipeline status.
- Follow recruitment policies and local labor law requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and templates.
Additional responsibilities
During slower recruitment periods, the Senior Recruiter will support the HR Business Partner with broader HR activities, such as onboarding coordination, probation tracking, employee documentation, data reporting, policy rollouts, and ad-hoc HR initiatives, as required.
Experience & Skills
- 4–7 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience hiring across multiple roles and functions, ideally within agency, media, marketing, or professional services environments.
- Exposure to GCC / MENA hiring is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Experience using ATS platforms (Teamtailor, Workday, or similar).
- Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
