We’re looking for a marketing professional with a proven background in B2B marketing who gets excited by the opportunity to define and orchestrate the marketing mix to effectively contribute to exceeding Bazaarvoice's regional business goals. Highly geared to realizing the potential in collaborating with sales teams at all levels and driving growth in pipeline, booking, and revenue in the field, this position will be the subject matter expert for the North American regional team’s marketing effectiveness—delivering marketing-sourced demand and ultimately, revenue for the region. The Field Marketing Manager is focused on providing input to the global team, localizing global campaigns, and supplementing them with region-specific campaigns aligned to business needs by segment and tier. Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing – North America, you will work closely with the global marketing organization and VPs of Sales and their teams. You’ll collaborate with other teams across the marketing and revenue organization. You will also contribute daily to the continued long-term success of a strategic growth area for Bazaarvoice. Key to this role is having a high degree of understanding of the modern B2B marketing mix and its ability to impact at the market segment level in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You’ll demonstrate a proven track record of strategy, leverage, and origination of marketing programs and campaigns to deliver pipeline and bookings growth through a variety of channels. What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with campaign, field, and regional sales teams as well as other stakeholders within Marketing, Sales (i.e. Sales Development Reps, Account Execs, Account Directors) and Customer Success to bring strategic marketing plans to life and drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Serve as an in-region demand generation expert for acquisition and upsell strategies, including partner-led initiatives, ABM programs, and vertical-specific tactics.
  • Own the regional marketing number (MQLs, marketing-sourced pipeline, and marketing-sourced closed-won business) and report on contribution to pipeline, booking,  and revenue.
  • Plan and execute regional marketing programs, including in-person and virtual events, roadshows, executive dinners, trade shows, webinars, third party industry publication sponsorships and strategic partner events, aligned to pipeline and sales goals.
  • Build and execute tailored campaigns across customer segments (SMB, mid-market, enterprise), verticals, and key strategic accounts in partnership with Sales and Global Marketing.
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing to support lifecycle campaigns that drive engagement, upsell, retention, and customer advocacy.
  • Create sales enablement materials, regional toolkits, and post-event follow-up workflows that increase campaign conversion and deal velocity.
  • Understand and analyze regional market trends, buyer behavior, competitive pressures, and sales challenges to inform strategy and campaign design.
  • Partner with key strategic and channel partners to co-market programs and expand reach through joint events, webinars, or campaigns.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights into global marketing for continuous campaign optimization and localization.
  • Work cross-functionally on product launches, messaging alignment, and go-to-market campaigns.
