Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter and Onboarder. The Recruiter and Onboarder will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Day-to-day tasks include developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and facilitating the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in using recruitment and HR software is a plus but not required
• Prior experience in a globally diversified team is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
