Built on the legacy of Mastery Academy (8,000+ graduates across 14 years), DentFlix will launch in the coming weeks to deliver subscription-based courses, professional fellowships, and accredited programs with global reach and localized access.

Role Description

DentFlix is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager for the MENA region. This role is about designing and implementing marketing strategies, not simply running ads or content campaigns. The candidate must be experienced in subscription-based models, edtech, and CRM-driven marketing funnels. The selected candidate will:

• Report directly to the CEO (acting Marketing Director) in the first phase.

• Later, report to the Global Marketing Director when this role is established.

• Work alongside other regional marketing managers (Europe/UK, USA, Asia).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the DentFlix MENA go-to-market strategy.

• Drive subscriber growth and retention, ensuring strong CAC/LTV ratios.

• Build B2B partnerships with universities, associations, and dental manufacturers.

• Deploy and manage CRM systems (Odoo/Zoho preferred) for lead generation, segmentation, and automation.

• Monitor KPIs and report weekly on CAC, LTV, churn, funnel conversion, and partnerships.

• Collaborate with the global team to ensure brand consistency and cross-regional synergies.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in marketing for edtech, SaaS, or subscription-based platforms.

• Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end marketing strategies.

• Strong CRM expertise: Odoo and/or Zoho preferred.

• Analytical skills: CAC, LTV, churn, ROI.

• Bilingual: Arabic & English.

• Based in Egypt or Syria, with strong cultural and market knowledge.
