Job Description
- Manage and organize office schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and executives.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance as needed.
