Job Description

  • Manage and organize office schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and executives.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment.
  • Support various administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Job Requirements
