General Purpose:

Planning and Developing the Category's sales plans, building regional sales targets and channels promo grids to enhance market in store execution and customer service objectives through effective leadership and maximum utilization of the Region’s sales team and ensuring successful achievement of sales AOP and to safeguard & develop the company image in the marketplace.

Job Responsibilities / Tasks:

•Tailoring and building all the needed visibility for the category.

•Initiate and communicate all the needed initiatives to enhance the category leadership in the market.

•Co-working with the Marketing team in building the category AOP and business planning objectives.

•Convert the Category's sales and market development objectives to all Regional Managers and ensure proper execution on ground.

•Provide ongoing review with all Regional Managers and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.

•Ensure proper roll-out and sustain the implementation of Best Practice Tools within the category.

•Evaluate competitive activities and build plans to ensure solid execution for the category.

•Report infrastructure requirements within the category as per market needs.

•Expanding distribution/share within the region and channel as per AOP Business plan.

•Ensure proper execution for all new product initiatives within the regions and channels.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • 10 years of sales field experience in FMCG.
  • Execute and operate business strategies.
  • Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames)
  • Integrity (Mutual trust, consistent with company ethics and values)
  • Ability to work with Diverse group of people.
  • Planning & Organizing (Multiple priority management).
  • Developing and Supporting the Team (Actively improves others’ skills, cooperate effectively, diplomatic conflict handler).
