Our client is a fast-growing, VC-backed AI customer experience company operating across the US, UK, and GCC (New York, London, Riyadh). This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to key commercial initiatives at the forefront of AI-driven customer service. As a pivotal member of our client’s team, you will drive strategic enterprise deals that transform customer support, improve compliance outcomes, and deliver measurable cost and CX impact.
Role Description
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our client’s team. If you’re a consultative, resilient, and commercially astute seller who wants to shape the future of AI-powered customer experience—while gaining exposure to a company in an exciting growth phase across the US, UK and GCC—this could be the opportunity for you.
You’ll play a crucial role in owning full-cycle enterprise sales, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder cycles, and crafting compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI. You will drive net-new ARR, accelerate adoption, and help position our client as the compliance-first alternative to point solutions. This position offers significant personal and professional growth within a high-growth, remote-first, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full-cycle enterprise sales – Own qualification through close for target accounts with large support operations spend.
Discovery & solution selling (MEDDIC) – Run deep discovery; align use cases to pain, compliance gaps, and risk.
Business case & ROI – Build quantified ROI, TCO and cost-of-inaction models that resonate with economic buyers.
Multi-stakeholder orchestration – Engage VP/C-level across CX, Product, Support, Compliance, IT/Security.
Security, compliance & procurement – Manage evaluations, security reviews, legal/contracting and procurement.
Product demos & evaluations – Deliver tailored demos; coordinate trials/POCs with Sales Engineering.
Territory & account planning – Prioritise US and GCC enterprise accounts; execute targeted outreach.
Forecasting & hygiene – Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and CRM discipline (e.g., Salesforce).
Cross-functional collaboration – Partner with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to accelerate cycles.
Market feedback & intel – Capture competitive insights to inform positioning and roadmap.
Minimum Qualifications
B2B SaaS AE experience – 3+ years quota-carrying experience, with wins at £80k/$100k+ ARR deal size.
Complex enterprise cycles – Proven success running multi-stakeholder deals end-to-end and hitting 100%+ of quota.
MEDDIC expertise – Strong command of MEDDIC; adept at consultative/value-based selling.
Financial acumen – Able to build business cases, ROI/TCO models and speak the language of economic buyers.
Enterprise procurement – Comfortable leading security/compliance assessments and legal negotiations.
Executive communication – Excellent written/verbal skills; confident presenting AI/ML products to technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus Qualifications
Regulated industries – Experience selling into fintech, healthcare, financial services or government; familiarity with GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, PDPL.
AI/CX tooling – Background with AI/ML platforms, contact centre/support automation, VoC or analytics solutions.
Regional experience – Track record closing in US and GCC markets; KSA Arabic dialect fluency is a plus.
