• Provide monthly briefs and strategic direction to the Agency for engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, and captions)
• Review and approve content calendars and media plans
• Follow up on execution and ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and marketing goals.
• Coordinate with marketing, and sales teams for content planning and execution.
• Monitor performance across engagement, reach, and lead generation
• Follow up on moderation on social media accounts, make sure comments, messages, and inquiries are answered in a professional and timely manner.
• Build and maintain an active online community.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, and launches.
• Monitor brand mentions, comments, and reviews across social platforms.
• Address negative feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and social media best practices.
