Elephants Ride Travel Agency is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate Travel Consultant to join our team on a PM shift, working remotely from Cairo.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client travel inquiries
• Create customized itineraries and travel proposals
• Book flights, hotels, transfers, and travel services
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
• Follow up on pending bookings and ensure smooth handovers between shifts
• Provide excellent customer service before and after booking

Requirements

• Previous experience as a travel consultant or in a travel agency
• Strong knowledge of destinations, hotels, and airline bookings
• Experience with GDS
• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
