Validate all payments received from clients / create receipts and approve sales contracts on the system.
Receive and validate all payments delivered by sales and Customer service clients
Approve sales contracts and all customer service transactions on the ERP system
Receive cash amounts from clients and responsible for the safe and depositing collected amount at MV bank accounts
Prepare the Daily Sales Report.
Track all wire transfer payments and send updates to the sales team.
Work back to back with the Sales Team to ensure closure of sales deal.
