Monitor all the Banks ATM and ensure that the channels are up and running while escalating any delay to the Network International Team to meet the approved set standards and ensure business continuity.
Propose new locations based on the set ATM distribution plan and ensure that preliminary discussions and propositions are initiated with the land lords.
Liaise with all the Banks relevant departments in addition to the external vendors the ATM operating & replenishment plan before long weekends & holidays to make sure that the service remains up and running
Propose and Implement all the agreed Bank deals related to the Mobile ATMs to maintain EG-Bank competitive advantage in reaching non EG-Bank clients in accordance with the CBE approvals and guide.
Work closely with the Corporate Services team to update, obtain and issue the ATM insurance in alignment with the ATM strategy to inaugurate, change or renovate any of the ATM sites
Prepare the monthly CBE reports related to the ATMs performance to the Head of ATM Business & SSTs before the final submission.
Conduct market scan on the latest ATM trends while monitoring the consumer behavior and usage to propose better enhancements to better serve the customer and enhance their satisfaction with the Banks services.
Review and submit to the Head of ATM Business & SSTs all financial payments, invoices and penalties received from the relevant vendors before processing their payments with the Corporate Services & Finance Teams.
Receive and close all the ATM complaints received from all the concerned channels within the agreed TAT.
Liaise with the Legal department to review all the contracts and payments related to the ATM to validate and ensure that the Banks situation is legal
Follows all relevant approved departments policies, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the ATM Business & SSTs department to ensure continuity of work
Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal EG Bank policies and code of conduct to maintain EG Banks sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
