Job Description

  • Engage with customers in-store to understand their needs and recommend suitable Apple products, solutions, and accessories.
  • Deliver hands-on product demonstrations, showcasing key features and benefits to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products, software, and promotions to provide accurate information and advice.
  • Assist customers with product selection, financing options, and after-sales support, ensuring a seamless buying journey.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with the latest Apple technologies and retail best practices.
  • Support store merchandising, inventory management, and visual displays to create an inviting shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to organize in-store events, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Accurately process sales transactions and maintain records in accordance with company policies.
