Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1- Source candidates for manufacturing roles (engineers, technicians, operators, supervisors, etc.)
2- Use job portals (WUZZUF, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media platforms for active sourcing
3- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies
4- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
5- Conduct initial phone screenings
6- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand manpower needs
7- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
8- Support recruitment campaigns and mass hiring when needed
Job Requirements
Requirements
1- 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in manufacturing / industrial companies
2- Good knowledge of manufacturing job roles and titles
3- Experience using job portals and Boolean search
4- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5- Good command of English
6- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
