Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Salesperson based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility to work from home part-time. The Retail Salesperson will focus on engaging with customers, providing excellent service, and selling MetLife’s protection and investment products. Key responsibilities include understanding and recommending suitable products to customers, achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of products and services within the sales and insurance industry
- Experience in retail sales and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven customer service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
- Sales skills with an ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment (split between office and remote work)
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
