This role ensures deliveries meet Hyatt and Andaz quality standards while supporting purchasing, culinary, and operational team.Receive and inspect all deliveries against purchase orders.Record items accurately in the procurement system (e.g., Birch Street).Maintain clean, organized receiving and storeroom areas.Ensure proper storage and food safety compliance (HACCP).Communicate variances or damaged goods to Purchasing and relevant departments.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely distribution of goods.QualificationsPrevious receiving or warehouse experience preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to lift and handle goods safely.Basic computer skills.
