Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage both the pre-opening phase and ongoing daily operations of a new premium bakery café.
- The role includes setting up systems, hiring and training teams, ensuring smooth store launch, and maintaining excellent service and operational standards after opening.
- Lead pre-opening setup: systems, SOPs, workflows, supplier coordination, opening readiness
- Recruit, onboard, and train team members
- Oversee daily café & bakery operations after opening
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service flow
- Enforce hygiene, quality, and safety standards
- Manage schedules, attendance, and team performance
- Control inventory, suppliers, waste, and costs
- Handle POS operations & operational reporting

- 5+ years experience in F&B / café / bakery operations (pre-opening experience preferred)
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Excellent organization & problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hygiene & food safety standards
- Strong communication skills – Arabic & English preferred
