Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer engagement.
  • Lead a team of e-commerce professionals in implementing best practices for online merchandising and conversion optimization.

  • Continuously optimize the user experience on the website and app by conducting A/B testing and implementing UX/UI best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management within the Apparel & Fashion industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record of developing successful online sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and SEO best practices.
